Kocaeli; It is a Province located in the east of Marmara Sea and Marmara Region, at the junction of roads connecting Asia and Europe. Black Sea in the north, Sakarya in the east and southeast, Bursa in the south, Yalova and Istanbul in the west. There are a total of 13 Municipalities, including 1 Metropolitan Municipality and 12 District Municipalities in Izmit, Derince, Korfez, Gebze, Golcuk, Karamursel, Kandira, Basiskele, Kartepe, Cayirova, Darica and Dilovasi.
